MandarinSOS uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the MandarinSOS mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Description of Service

MandarinSOS is a Chinese language learning application that provides:

• Text-to-Chinese translation and conversion
• Scenario-based phrase learning
• Interactive conversation drills
• Favorites and progress tracking

3. Free and Premium Features

3.1 Free Tier

• 3 converter uses per day
• Up to 5 saved favorites
• Access to free scenarios (Emergency, Taxi, Hotel)
• Basic app functionality

3.2 Premium Subscription

• Unlimited converter uses
• Unlimited favorites
• Access to all scenarios and drills
• Priority support

4. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI services to generate translations and language content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all translations are perfect or culturally appropriate for every situation. Use translations at your own discretion.
